A. How To Renew Your Membership: Do not use the form below. It is for new members only. If you need to confirm that you were a member in 2012-13 please send an email to pickleballontario@yahoo.ca . If you were a member in 2012-13 you have until June 30, 2013 to renew for $10. The renewal process is simple: 1. Deposit you renewal fee to account #2054-5211137 at your local TD bank but make sure you send an email to pickleballontario@yahoo.ca stating your name, amount and date of the deposit. Without your email we won't know who made the deposit OR 2. Fees can also be paid to your local ambassador if you have one.
OR 3. Send your cheque for $10 to Pickleball Association of Ontario, 1869 Scugog St., Suite 6-102, Port Perry, Ont. L9L 1J1. B. How to Register As a New Member: Complete the form below and click Submit. Follow the payment instructions. NOTE: A one year membership is $10, however, if you join after Dec. 31, 2013 the fee is $5 and your membership is good until June 30, 2014 (half a year).
